The rate below covers the full 60-day pilot: setup, onboarding, live support and an evidence review built from how your team actually runs service.
Founding pilot rate
That rate applies for the full 60-day pilot. If you continue after the evidence review, the $1,700 monthly rate locks for life. It does not get renegotiated once founding status is earned.
Only 10 founding slots exist across the rollout. Once they are gone, this entry point and these terms close. The hotels inside now are shaping the product and securing the rate that stays with them.
Your hotel is likely already ready
Glowback runs alongside your existing PMS. There is nothing to replace and no migration to manage.
Configuration, onboarding and training are included in the pilot rate. Most properties are live within two to four weeks of intake.
There is no long-term contract after the pilot. The founding rate stays. The commitment does not.
