Accessibility Statement

Last updated 9 June 2026

Glowback aims to make the website accessible and usable for hotel owners, operators and their teams. We treat accessibility as part of credible product design, not as a late add-on.

Our aim

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonable for a marketing and product information site. We know accessibility is ongoing work and welcome practical feedback from users.

Current accessibility commitments

  • Readable contrast on dark backgrounds
  • Keyboard navigation for core navigation, forms and interactive controls
  • Meaningful alt text on informative images
  • Decorative images marked appropriately
  • Labelled form fields rather than placeholder-only labels
  • Reduced motion support for major animations where technically practical
  • Responsive layout across common phone, tablet and desktop sizes

Known limitations

Some marketing animations, video backgrounds and scroll-driven sections may still present challenges for certain assistive technology combinations. We continue to review these areas as the site evolves.

Report an accessibility issue

If you have trouble using any part of the website, contact accessibility@glowback.io with the page URL, a short description of the issue and the browser or assistive technology you are using where possible. We will review genuine reports and work on practical fixes.
