Pilot Programme
The Controlled Rollout.
Glowback is introduced through one defined pilot window. You keep normal operations running while the service loop is configured, tested and measured inside your property.
Controlled rollout
Proof without an operational reset.
The controlled rollout is designed to prove value without forcing you into a full operational reset.
Glowback starts with a defined service path, a clear group of users and a simple feedback loop so you can see what improves before expanding.
It works beside your existing systems. No PMS migration. No property-wide disruption. Just a focused test inside the service moments that already shape the stay.
How the pilot works
Five clear steps.
Pilot Brief
We align with you on property fit, the service path to test and what success looks like in operational terms. Scope stays fixed: one property, one loop, one pilot window. You know exactly what is being measured before anything goes live.
Hotel Intake
You share your rooms, departments, staff roles, service categories and operating rhythm. Glowback maps these into the guest, staff and manager surfaces so the pilot reflects how your property actually runs, not a generic template.
Configuration
Glowback configures guest access, staff task flow and manager visibility around the structure you provided in intake. Your team receives guided onboarding. Your managers see the operating layer before guests enter the flow. The rollout stays inside the boundaries you agreed.
Live Pilot
You run Glowback inside normal operations with live guest requests, staff acceptance and manager oversight. Glowback provides support and monitors adoption without overriding your decisions. You test the system from your own operating reality.
Evidence Review
You review what happened inside your property: completed work, response patterns, escalation activity, guest feedback and areas where visibility improved. You decide next steps from evidence, including whether a longer-term partnership makes sense.

Founder terms
Founding hotels keep stronger terms because they help shape the product early. The position is earned by going through the pilot properly, not by installing another tool.
